Home owners are raking in some serious cash by renting out rooms to escorts. When I say serious cash I mean SERIOUS CASH!
There was a danish documentary last night on tv, going undercover in the world of escorts to see what's really going on.
There was several guys (and women) that rented out rooms in apartments they had. They charged each girl $80-100 PER DAY. That´s $2400 - 3000 per month and thats only for one girl. Most people that does this have enough rooms to house 5-6 girls. That's around $12.000 a month if we calculate with the fact that they charge the girls $80 a month.
I know of a guy here in Denmark whom i´ve been told about. He´s been renting out rooms to girls for a number of years and has 5 houses across Copenhagen and 5 rooms in each house.
That´s $60,000 per month! Then he has to pay electricity and water bills and occasional bed sheets but it´s still a huge profit. I would say he makes $35000 - 40000 after all expenses have been paid. That´s pretty nice for just renting out rooms.
It´s an excellent business idea but it comes at a huge risk. In a lot of counties it's illegal to make money on girls prostitution and you could face jail time ranging from a few months to 3-4 years if caught.
Is it worth the risk? Well... Yes. Especially if you look at the conviction rate. It´s pretty low for almost every country in Europe.
