Alex's significant other is facing some life threatening injuries after getting into a motorcycle incident. He suffered brain trauma, broken bones, and an open leg fracture. His recovery isn't something that is going to be easy for him and it definely won't be easy for Alex.
With all of this happening, Alex is very much going through somethings emotionally. There's nothing saying that she's not providing right now, but it goes without saying that she probably isn't seeing clients at the moment.
