F3qqjSGaoAEp5CK.jpgI'm not sure about you guys, but I view Twitter as a private catalog of providers. Anything you're interested in is there, and with a few simple searches, you can find your dream girl or fulfill your curiosity. However, a recent move by Twitter might turn the social network into a ghost town.

While I can't confirm the authenticity of all this information, considering Twitter's recent actions, it's hard not to wonder. Supposedly, Twitter will soon, if not already, require ID verification. The very fact that this happening is concerning for those in the hobby. With this new measure, providers could interpret it as a breach of their privacy, and few individuals value privacy more than escorts.

From the images available, it appears Twitter is requesting a selfie along with a picture of your ID. In addition, Twitter is asking for consent to essentially do whatever they want with your photo and data. It seems this feature is only for X/Twitter Premium users, so the rest of us might not have an immediate concern; at least for now. This feature will be optional. Essentially, if you link your CashApp, Zelle, or operate a legitimate business, you'll have to opt into this feature.

This development concerns me, as I rely on Twitter as a one-stop shop for discovering providers. There aren't many platforms for us to turn to when seeking verified providers who match our specific preferences. Sure, we have websites like TrystLink, Slixa, and Eros, but if we've learned anything from this hobby, it's that these platforms aren't always trustworthy. In conclusion, while this feature may be specific now, I have no doubt that it will push some providers away and make it more challenging for us to enjoy what we love.
