Earlier today I readied how a provider was scammed by a client with fake hundred dollar bills. This happened in Canada, so this won't really affect a lot of clients in EA but the provider did some snooping on the client finding something that may hurt others in the long run. The provider traced the number the scamming client used to an ad online by another provider, so it's safe to say that someone is out there scamming clients and providers the same. Be careful on the untrustworthy sites clients you never know who's on the other side.
