“Oklahoma proposal would make watching porn a felony” is the title of a news article.
It is as outrages as you might Imagine.
The Bill, proposed by senator Dusty Deevers, would for example make producing adult content illegal and the state could potentially sue the producer(s) for upto $10,000!
It would also be illegal to produce and/or even CONSUME adult material deemed as “obscene”. If caught, it could cost you a few year in the slammer or/and a fine upto $2000.
This is crazy!
But, hopefully, the Bill will not ever pass because it violates the first amendment.
