Kenneth Martin, an Ohio-based attorney who proudly represents clients in prostitution and solicitation cases, has been arrested in a sex sting operation.
According to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, Martin responded to an advertisement set up by undercover agents on a human trafficking website. He agreed to pay $180 for sex and was subsequently arrested upon arriving at the agreed-upon location with cash in hand. Martin now faces charges of engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools.
This fascinates me so much. Not only because this man really thought he was going to get the best bang for his buck spending $180, but because he fell into the very trap his clients get into to represented by him. No idea what trafficking site the media is talking about, but when it comes to them it can really be any of the usual sites we visit on a daily basis. Though, no doubt the sit was something like Bedpage or Craigslist like.
