It's always sad to lose someone in the industry whether they provided or not. Kagney Linn Karter is the most recent industry performer to pass away unexpectedly and the industry along with our community will miss her.
Kagney Linn Karter has sadly died at the age of 36, reportedly after taking her own life at her residence in Parma, Ohio.
Born in Texas and raised in Missouri and Pennsylvania, Karter initially pursued a career as a dancer in adult clubs before transitioning to Los Angeles to explore opportunities in acting and music. She entered the adult film industry in 2008 and quickly gained recognition, accumulating nearly 1,000 credits over her career, including seven XBIZ Awards nominations.
If you've been in the hobby long, then you know Kagney was under Lourdes. Didn't here any reviews on her, but I can imagine she was a great time. She was very exclusive, so the ones who've seen her lucked out. As for the ones who missed her, join the club.
This all being said. What the fuck is going on in the industry? It's been less then a month since Jesse Jane passed and now Kagney is gone too. I don't know much about the industry to cast judgement, but to have two legendary actresses die like this seems like this isn't normal.
