Kailani's been on a bit of a road trip lately. Not too long ago, she was touring with Kristine Kiss, the one who used to go by Kristine38NN, hitting up three big cities. Now, she's doing duos with Layla Monroe in New York.
In case you're not familiar with Layla, she used to be PS and now an OnlyFans content creator. She took a break from the professional scene for a bit, but she's worked with pretty much every big production company out there.
