How much would it cost to hire a girl to be on-call?

How much would it cost to hire a girl per year to be her priority 1?

Let’s say a non-top tier but well regarded pornstar. If you offered her an “executive assistant” position for 200k a year, how many girls accept that? By on-call, I mean you can dictate her schedule (within reason) & You take priority over her other work commitments.
