I had booked Madi Collins with Tryst this past weekend, and even provided a $500 deposit after some back and forth.
Was super excited, and found out Madi was on her way and then was having trouble finding parking. Trsyt was communicating with me and after 30+ min of driving around downtown LA I told Tryst to send her home because they were willing to refund my deposit.
I got my deposit back within minutes, so despite not getting to see Madi it was “good” interaction with the agency. Instead I hit up Daisy for a fun night post-cancellation
Just thought I’d shout them out for good customer service in an industry now known for that sort of thing.
